Bitwarden is a leading cybersecurity company delivering simple, enterprise-grade password management and security solutions. We are seeking a proactive MSP Channel Sales Manager who can drive our MSP partner strategy across the EMEA region.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing and executing the regional MSP channel sales strategy, recruiting and enabling MSP partners, and driving revenue growth through a partner-first approach. This is a remote role focused on German-speaking MSPs within the EMEA market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the MSP channel sales plan for the EMEA region
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic MSP partners
  • Enable partners with training, resources, and collateral to drive partner-led opportunities
  • Manage and grow a healthy partner pipeline, forecasting and reporting on progress
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize channel impact
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Represent Bitwarden at partner events and drive co-marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • German language proficiency is required; experience working with German-speaking markets is a plus
  • Proven success in MSP or channel sales, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and partner enablement tools
  • Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones and self-manage effectively
