Responsibilities:

Lead projects for Binance FZE to make changes in operational setup in order to meet regulatory requirements

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with timeline and prioritizations planning

Deliver and own the overall projects outcome with the respective business units

Require stakeholder management skill set, providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Improve or/and create new process frameworks in order to increase efficiency for business impacts

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience within a Project Manager role

Thinks outside the box, data driven, self starter

Strong financial and economics knowledge

Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams across different business units and regions, to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues

Graduate from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields

Fluency in English

Background in financial services or investment banking would be a plus
