• Assist end-to-end campaign operations: draft docs, backend configuration, on-site promotions.
• Oversee campaign launches, monitor progress, and manage post-campaign activities.
• Collect frequent user inquiries; work with Product/Tech to debug and verify fixes.
• Handle escalated tickets from Mod and Customer Service; maintain FAQs and docs.
• Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign insights for optimization.
• Plan and coordinate integrated growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate with interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
• Web3 experience or creator economy experience a plus.
• Strong bilingual English and Mandarin; engage vendors and internal stakeholders.
