About BigID

BigID is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our West region sales team. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to help drive revenue growth for BigID in the western United States.

Role Overview

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, initiating outbound campaigns, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team. You will collaborate with marketing and account executives to accelerate the sales cycle and expand BigID’s customer base in the West.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email, social) in the West region
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify pain points, and determine fit for BigID solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM and ensure clean handoffs to Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and events
  • Set qualified meetings and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in sales development or a related role is preferred
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation platforms
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
