Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Overview

Beyond Finance is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Remote) to join our growing sales team. This remote role focuses on developing new business with North American customers from anywhere in North America. You will qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer needs and demonstrate value
• Present our solutions and handle objections to close deals
• Manage and update the CRM with activities, opportunities, and next steps
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and contribute to team targets

Requirements

• 1-3 years of inside sales or relevant experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with phone and video calls
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• High level of motivation and self-discipline
