Client Retention Specialist (Remote) – Beyond Finance
Overview
Beyond Finance is seeking a proactive Client Retention Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will focus on maintaining strong client relationships, driving retention, and helping clients achieve their financial goals through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster retention and satisfaction
- Proactively reach out to at‑risk accounts to address concerns and prevent churn
- Monitor client health metrics and usage to identify opportunities for added value
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to resolve client issues
- Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing programs to maximize outcomes
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, client support, or related roles
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus
