We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:
- Manage Special Requests Pipeline
- Monitor the entire pipeline of transactions to ensure that are tickets are updated as appropriate and requests are advancing through the various steps of the process in a timely manner or are closed out.
- Follow-up with analysts, closers, and counsel to ensure requests are being processed within timeframes stipulated in the SLA, PSA and Guides.
- Create and distribute periodic pipeline reports to management and mortgage banking as requested. This includes Rating Agency reports.
- Collaborate with IT when enhancements/changes are needed within Servicing workflow system.
- Monitor pipeline for loans that have been paid in full, transferred to special servicing, or have suspense funds for an extended period.
- Deal Assignment
- Review all workflow submissions into (U.S.) Special Requests Queue.
- Assign deals to the appropriate team leader or queue (Outside Counsel or S.R. India).
- Monitor pipelines of the various teams when assigning deals to ensure equal distribution of work and that the analyst assigned has the appropriate experience.
We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:
- 5+ years of work experience with commercial mortgage loan servicing or related experience
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of Excel (add examples)
- In-depth understanding of Servicing Agreements, Loan Documents and Borrower consents/requests.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently with little supervision.
- Solid time management skills and the ability to routinely meet or exceed deadlines.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to establish solid relationships with business customers and other Servicers.
