📋 Description

• Provide treatment, tests, client education and interventions as delegated by a licensed PT.
• Deliver home health PT care on the Big Island visits team.
• Implement individualized care plans: therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance.
• Educate clients and families to promote health, safety, and independence.
• Accurately document observations and interventions on a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Hawaii PTA license required.
• Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Graduate from a two-year APTA approved program.
