- Travel ~30% to support deployments.
- Public safety systems experience: call handling, CAD, radio, logging recorders, PSAP.
- Experience with Carbyne, Motorola, Zetron, NGA, RapidSOS, NICE or Verint.
- Track record of designing and scaling operational processes.
- Experience with Tier 2 or advanced support teams; quality-driven implementations.
- Hands-on with logger systems and call-handling infrastructure.
