Global System Integrator Partnerships Manager

Role overview: As the Global System Integrator Partnerships Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of partnerships with system integrators and channel partners to accelerate revenue and joint solutions across regions. This on-site role is based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and collaborates with sales enablement, marketing, product and legal teams to enable partner success.

What you will do

• Develop and manage a portfolio of System Integrator partnerships focused on revenue growth and joint go to market programs
• Negotiate and manage partner agreements governance and performance reviews
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement Marketing Product and Legal to enable partners with trainings certifications and collateral
• Forecast partner driven pipeline and report progress through quarterly business reviews
• Represent Axon at partner events and drive joint initiatives across regions

What you bring

• Proven track record in partner management or strategic alliances preferably with system integrators or enterprise partners
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship building skills
• Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Bachelors degree MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
