Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Partnerships Manager to lead Global Partnerships. Based in Frankfurt am Main, you will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with global ecosystem players to accelerate growth, expand market reach, and drive revenue across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of global partnerships and channel programs
• Identify new partners, negotiate agreements, and manage partner onboarding
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Legal to structure mutually beneficial deals
• Track performance, forecast partnership impact, and report to leadership
• Represent Axon in international partner meetings and industry events

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex agreements with global partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus

Location

Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany (onsite). This role may require occasional travel.
