  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams that consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally.
  • Data-driven decision-making and experience implementing structured sales methodologies.
