AV Test Operator Day

📋 Description

• Safely operate prototype autonomous vehicles on defined and undefined routes.
• Operate in-vehicle data recording computers (start/stop, data marking).
• Provide clear feedback to engineering on vehicle behavior observed.
• Ensure the safe operation of test vehicles on public roads.
• Read and understand highway signs and traffic signals.
• Speak sufficient English to communicate with public safety officers if needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Clean driving record for last 3 years; no DUIs in 10 years.
• Prior experience as Operator/Driver for Autonomous Vehicles.
• Autonomous Vehicle technology experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• May require travel.
• Ability to provide subjective feedback on vehicle behavior.
