• Proven program fluency: typically 4+ years delivering complex programs.
• High agency and accountability: a self-starter who drives outcomes.
• Strong communication: synthesize data into clear narratives.
• Tech & data savviness: comfortable with PM tools; HR systems bonus.
• Impact mindset: comfortable with varied, cross-functional work.
• Experience with Monday.com and Jira is a plus.
