  • Develop career pathing frameworks and competency models.
  • Oversee development programs to close skill gaps.
  • Integrate DEI into talent processes.
  • SWP: design/execute framework; forecast needs.
  • Partner with Exec Leadership, Finance, TA, and Compensation.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary: $176k-$284k per year (USD).
  • Annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • On-site role: 3 days/week in the office.
