🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years HR with focus on Talent Management, SWP, and Performance Management.
  • Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives in scaling orgs.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience designing and implementing Strategic Workforce Planning frameworks; large HR programs.
  • Proficient in Workday and HR systems; ability to extract/analyze data and present insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range: $176k-$284k per year.
  • Eligible for annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
