- 10+ years HR with focus on Talent Management, SWP, and Performance Management.
- Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives in scaling orgs.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing Strategic Workforce Planning frameworks; large HR programs.
- Proficient in Workday and HR systems; ability to extract/analyze data and present insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.

- Base salary range: $176k-$284k per year.
- Eligible for annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
