Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Quickly come up to speed on new technologies and engineering challenges.
• Conduct multidisciplinary rapid problem solving for prototype and production challenges (DfX input).
• Create manufacturing models (parts, assemblies) and drawings to support process design.
• Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, forms, records, PFMEAs, and other required docs.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen activities to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including goals, training team members, and evaluating results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in STEM with 3+ years experience; or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Experience with APQP, MSAs, PPAPs, Run at Rate, and control plans.
• CAD and PLM tools experience.
• Ability to interpret/create technical drawings, datasheets, and specs.
• Experience developing and extracting requirements.
• Root-cause corrective action investigations and training material development.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $94,000-$151,000 per year.
• Eligible for annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
