What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our online community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and other relevant channels.
• Create and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor and moderate online conversations, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for community members.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and potential community ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Track and analyze community metrics and provide regular reports on community engagement and sentiment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in community management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Generate live content from events, and host live events, webinars, and AMAs.
• Be a social media wizard and comfortable with camera interaction.

What You'll Need:

• Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and their respective best practices.
• Experience in creating and curating engaging content, including written posts, images, and videos.
• Proficiency in social media management and monitoring tools.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop and execute community engagement initiatives.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with community members, customers, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on community metrics.
