🎯 Requirements

2+ years experience in customer service or success in regulated industries.
High School Diploma or GED.
Microsoft 365, especially MS Excel.
Salesforce or other CRM systems experience.
Calm under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent telephone and written communication.
Ability to convert PDFs/Word into Excel for VRM uploads.
Experience presenting to technical, accounting, or senior executives.
