🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in progressive sales, leadership in DACH.
  • Strong B2B enterprise software/SaaS; retail exposure a plus.
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder mgmt.
  • Analytical, data-driven; CRM & forecasting tools (Salesforce).
  • Fluency in English and German.
