📋 Description

  • Serve as a commercial member on Product Teams, embedding market needs into planning.
  • Lead achondroplasia community marketing campaigns and brand planning.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure marketing programs.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing to build a customer engagement ecosystem.
  • Partner with Value and Access to support community access.
  • Work cross-functionally with agency partners, sales, analytics to align launch execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial biotech/pharma experience with at least 3 years in Marketing.
  • Rare disease experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop and action insights from complex clinical data and market research.
  • Understanding of the drug development process, opportunities for differentiation and value demonstration.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Travel (~20%) is required.
