📋 Description

  • Partner with CS Managers to deliver strategic, operational excellence for enterprise accounts.
  • Support onboarding, training, and quarterly reviews to drive adoption.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks with data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and influence development.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in digital advertising, media ops, or customer success.
  • Proven ability to optimize paid media campaigns across social and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving and presentation skills; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; manage multiple workstreams.
  • Growth mindset; curious, proactive, eager to deepen expertise.
  • Must work EST hours to support U.S. accounts.
