- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Braze preferred).
- Experience with revenue-focused campaigns (upsell/retention).
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive insights.
- HTML/CSS and SQL are nice to have but not required.
- Strong collaboration and communication.
