🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; 12+ years' compensation & benefits experience.
  • Experience across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
  • Expertise with SAP/SuccessFactors HRMS and PayFactors.
  • Experience designing salary grade structures and benchmarking.
  • Experience with short-term incentive plans.
  • Strong data analytics and insight generation.
