Aspire is seeking a strategic Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead the company's risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance programs across multiple regions (Singapore, United Kingdom, United States). This executive leadership role is responsible for establishing the risk framework, defining risk appetite, and ensuring robust internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Aspire's enterprise risk management framework
Define risk appetite and tolerances in alignment with strategic goals
Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Lead internal controls, audit coordination, and incident response
Provide board-level risk reporting and strategic risk advisory
Collaborate with senior executives to integrate risk considerations into business decisions

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related fields
Strong knowledge of COSO framework and governance best practices
Proven track record of leading large-scale risk programs and regulatory engagements
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment
