Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of North American customers, drive renewals and expansions, and ensure customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and represent Array with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Understand client objectives and success metrics; map how Array's products help achieve them
- Manage renewal processes and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and drive results
- Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction; report on metrics
- Provide feedback on product needs and market trends to internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or SaaS sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and renewals
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, North America-focused environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision making

- Experience in technology or software industry
- Experience with ARR/MRR metrics and upsell strategies
