- Manage day-to-day pre-litigation and litigation matters (consumer, commercial, IP, employment).
- Develop and oversee litigation strategy for complex matters; coordinate with outside counsel.
- Manage responses to subpoenas and government inquiries and requests.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan internal investigations.
- Identify strategies for litigation prevention; update terms, policies, and user interfaces.
- Provide risk-based legal guidance across product, regulatory, and compliance matters.
🎯 Requirements
- Self-starter with high EQ; comfortable with gray areas.
- Strong communication; translate complex legal theories for non-lawyers.
- 3–5 years litigation/regulatory experience in tech (firm or in-house).
- JD from ABA-accredited law school; active bar membership; in-house counsel program eligible.
