• Recent PhD in AI, CS, or Robotics.
• Deep expertise in Vision-Language Models (VLM) and Vision-Language-Action (VLA).
• Hands-on with jagged edges—identify failure points in current architectures.
• Practical researcher: translate papers into production-ready code.
• Collaborative guide: mentor team and bridge knowledge gaps.
• Excitement for large-scale infrastructure and supercomputing environments (Aurora).
