Career Manager

Job Description

Appian Corporation is seeking a Career Manager in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will partner with customers within the Company\'s Customer Success group to drive career development programs, ensure adoption of Appian\'s enterprise platform, and deliver measurable value for strategic accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, strengthen relationships, and support long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers within the Customer Success group.
• Lead and coordinate career development initiatives and success programs for client teams.
• Manage onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, Support) to align objectives and drive customer outcomes.
• Monitor customer health metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and share enablement materials and best practices.
• Support renewal and expansion opportunities through proactive engagement and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or program management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise software environment.
• Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
