Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the APAC market, with a focus on Melbourne and surrounding regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate Appian’s platform and map business outcomes to customer needs.
  • Lead product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and coordinate internal resources to close deals.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the closing process.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to drive demand and win rates.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer success and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B software sales experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales methodologies.
  • Knowledge of low-code platforms, digital automation, or business process automation is a plus.
