AppDirect is a leading provider of commerce solutions that enable developers and partners to monetize apps and services. We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Chicago.
The Role
As an SDR at AppDirect you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and social channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to defined criteria
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize campaigns
Requirements
- 0-3 years of sales or customer facing experience (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi task and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (for example Salesforce) and outreach platforms
- Self motivated with a proactive work ethic
Nice to have
- Experience in tech or software industry
- Understanding of sponsored or direct sales processes
