Anchorage is looking for a Head of Sales to lead our global revenue team and expand our reach as the leading institutional crypto platform. As a key member of the Anchorage senior management team, the Global Head of Sales will report to our Chief Operating Officer and collaborate across all departments on revenue strategy and operations.

The Global Head of Sales will set the direction and vision for revenue strategy, partnering with leaders to establish operational metrics and excellence to measure and ensure success across all products and services. Additionally, the Head of Sales will lead, motivate, and support a team across the US, Europe, and Asia.

The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering institutions to participate in the digital assets economy and demonstrated success scaling sales teams, including implementing and driving rigorous operational excellence in pursuit of long-term growth and success.
