Talent Pool Account Executive - Italian Market at Amenitiz is a role focused on building a strong pool of sales talent for the Italian market and supporting the growth of Amenitiz sales teams.
Role overview
As the Talent Pool Account Executive you will identify and engage high potential candidates in Italy, nurture relationships, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to move qualified applicants through the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates in the Italian market
- Qualify candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit
- Manage communication and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to forecast hiring needs
Requirements
- 2 plus years in sales or recruitment, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong Italian language skills and good English
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Based in or able to relocate to Barcelona
- Experience with CRM and ATS tools
