Overview
Amenitiz is seeking a Sales Development Representative Manager for the French market to lead and scale our outbound SDR team from Barcelona. You will build and manage a high-performing group of SDRs, define the go-to-market strategy for the French segment, and partner with Marketing and Sales to generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a team of SDRs focused on the French market.
- Define quarterly targets and outbound strategies (cold calls, emails, social outreach) to generate qualified opportunities.
- Monitor activity metrics (emails sent, calls made, meetings set) and coach for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing to tailor messaging for the French audience and coordinate campaigns.
- Qualify leads to MQL/SQL definitions and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and provide regular pipeline reporting.
- Develop and refine processes to scale the SDR team as Amenitiz grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Development or Lead Generation; 2+ years in a management role; SaaS/tech experience preferred.
- Proven success building and scaling SDR teams for multilingual markets, with emphasis on French.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills; data-driven with a track record of results.
- Experience with CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; willingness to travel if required.
