Job Overview
Amenitiz is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support the Catalunya Market based in Barcelona. You will be the first touchpoint for potential customers, responsible for researching target accounts, performing outbound and inbound outreach, and qualifying leads for the sales team. Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the Catalunya market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate information in the CRM, track activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve messaging and outbound sequences.
- Achieve weekly/monthly activity targets and contribute to pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; knowledge of Catalan is a plus.
- Strong phone and email outreach abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
