FP&A Analyst

Job Description

Amenitiz is seeking a proactive FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Barcelona, Spain. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver rigorous financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights that drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the assigned business area
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and scenarios
• Perform variance analysis, commentary, and performance dashboards
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and sales to provide financial insights
• Own monthly close processes and accurate financial reporting
• Develop KPIs and operational metrics; present findings to leadership
• Assist in Board and management presentations with data-driven insights
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 2-5 years of FP&A or related experience; hospitality/tech experience a plus
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
