Role overview
As Account Manager for the Spanish Market, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish clients, ensure successful onboarding, retention, and expansion of accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Spanish market clients
- Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and identify upsell opportunities
- Lead onboarding and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and customer success metrics
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and report on key metrics
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS account management or sales, preferably in hospitality tech or related industries
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English helpful
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as needed
