Job Summary
Amenitiz is seeking an Account Manager for the Italian market to join our sales team in Barcelona. You will manage and grow relationships with hospitality clients across Italy, drive product adoption, and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of Italian clients, ensuring value realization and renewal.
- Develop and execute account plans to expand footprint in the Italian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with product and marketing teams to close opportunities.
- Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure high client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
- Monitor account health metrics, renewals, and expansion opportunities; report insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian with professional English communication skills.
- 2–4 years of account management, sales, or customer success experience in SaaS/B2B environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-mmotivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to collaborate across cross-functional teams (product, marketing, support).
