Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the French market.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver value.
- Drive renewal rates, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Onboard new clients and ensure successful implementation of Amenitiz solutions.
- Provide product feedback and advocate for customers internally.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English.
- 2+ years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across multiple teams.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
