About the Role

This full time role based in Hamburg offers an opportunity to join our Client Service team and deliver exceptional service to German-speaking clients. You will collaborate with cross functional teams across Europe to coordinate insights and respond to client requests promptly. This program is designed for ambitious individuals pursuing a career in client service, consulting oriented environments and knowledge services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned German-speaking clients in Europe.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely insights.
• Manage client requests, set expectations, and track progress to ensure high quality service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing AlphaSights professionally.
• Collaborate with Research, Sales, and Knowledge teams to fulfill client inquiries.
• Participate in onboarding and training for the 2026 intake.

Requirements

• German language proficiency (native or fluent) and strong English skills.
• Excellent communication and client service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Upcoming or recent graduate with a bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Hamburg, Germany (on-site) within Europe region.
