Associate, Client Service, Thai Speaker, 2026

Role Overview

AlphaSights is seeking an Associate, Client Service (Thai Speaker) to join its Hong Kong team. In this role you will be the primary interface for Thai-speaking clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of AlphaSights’ knowledge services and high levels of client satisfaction. You will collaborate with researchers and account managers to fulfill client requests, manage inquiries, and help clients navigate AlphaSights’ platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Thai-speaking clients
• Respond to client inquiries with timely, clear information
• Coordinate with internal research teams to fulfill requests
• Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain client records in the CRM and ensure data accuracy
• Assist with onboarding and training of new clients
• Support process improvements to enhance service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in client service, customer support, or account management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
• Based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate
