AlphaSights is seeking an Associate, Client Service, Bahasa Indonesia Speaker, 2026 based in Hong Kong. In this role, you will deliver high-quality client service to Bahasa Indonesia-speaking clients, coordinate with internal research teams to deliver timely insights, and help build lasting client relationships across APAC. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service to Bahasa Indonesia-speaking clients
Coordinate with internal research teams to fulfill client requests for insights
Manage client inquiries, track engagements, and maintain accurate records
Support account team in delivering timely, high-quality insights
Contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience

Requirements

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior client service or client-facing experience preferred
Interest in global business and research-driven work
