Role Overview

As an Analyst Development Representative (ADR) at AlphaSense, you will be an early-stage sales professional responsible for researching target accounts, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and setting discovery calls for the Account Executive team.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with Marketing to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in a CRM (Salesforce) and track activities.
Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience; SaaS experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
