Role Overview

As a Senior Partnership Executive at Alma, you will own the partner lifecycle from outreach and enablement to negotiation and execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to establish and scale high-impact partnerships that align with Alma's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that drive revenue and customer value
Own end-to-end partner lifecycle: outreach, enablement, contracts, and governance
Build and manage a partner enablement program with cross-functional teams
Monitor partner performance, forecast revenue, and report on impact
Represent Alma at industry events and in partner discussions

Qualifications

5+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances, preferably in SaaS/fintech/healthcare
Proven ability to close deals and manage long-term partner relationships
Strong negotiation, communication, and project-management skills
Comfort working in a remote environment and across time zones in North America
