- 4+ years in a strategic customer-facing role (IM/CSM/AM)
- 2+ years in SaaS implementation or project management
- Excel experience; Salesforce, Gainsight, Monday.com preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities
- Comfortable working with multi-national customers in EMEA and remote
