Channel Partnership Development Manager at AKKO
Overview
AKKO is seeking a Channel Partnership Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partner programs and a robust partner ecosystem. In this remote role, you will identify, recruit, and enable channel partners, manage the partner pipeline, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product to accelerate revenue.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-potential channel partners aligned with AKKO's strategic objectives
- Design and manage channel partner programs, incentives, and enablement materials
- Develop and manage the partner pipeline, forecast revenue, and track success metrics
- Negotiate and structure partner agreements, terms, and commitments
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to launch co-sell campaigns and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Provide training, collateral, and MDF support to partners; monitor performance and optimize partner mix
- Represent AKKO at partner events and industry forums; build long-term relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of channel sales, partnerships, or business development in tech/SaaS
- Proven track record building and growing partner ecosystems and driving revenue
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
