📋 Description

  • Lead and scale EMEA Solutions Engineering teams with excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute the global vision for Solutions Engineering, aligned to sales growth.
  • Own the technical sales strategy; deliver demos, POCs, and complex solution designs.
  • Partner with Sales and Product; voice of the customer to influence roadmap and GTM.
  • Implement scalable pre-sales and implementation processes, from discovery to RFPs.
  • Represent Airwallex as a senior technical leader in customer meetings and industry events.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record leading global/multi-regional Presales in EMEA; 3+ years leadership.
  • 10+ years in technical, client-facing roles; background in engineering or product.
  • Strategic thinker with deep enterprise sales cycle knowledge and GTM.
  • Strong ability to work with enterprise clients; translate goals into API-driven solutions.
  • Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred (e.g., CS, Engineering).
