- 6+ years of B2B sales, with experience coaching Account Executives
- Experience selling payments/fintech to SMB
- Proven track record closing SMB deals end-to-end
- Strong commercial judgment; ability to prioritize leads and forecast accurately
- Deep experience coaching AEs on closing, negotiation, and pipeline management
- Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles with business owners and finance teams
