We are seeking a talented and S

trategic Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our dynamic team in London. This role is crucial for driving our growth and development within the UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a Strategic PAM, you will manage and develop key strategic partnerships with leading integration providers and channel partners to expand Aircall's market presence and drive revenue growth.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our partners, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

This role is for the Aircall office in London (at least three core days at the office).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
  • Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall’s market presence in the UK&I and Nordics region.
  • Strategic Planning: Utilize data-driven insights to create and execute strategic partnership plans that align with Aircall’s business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other GTM teams, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership management and to drive joint initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships using KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with Aircall’s goals and objectives.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Event Participation: Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role in a competitive, data-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the UK and Ireland markets.
  • Experience in representing an organization in public forums and thought leadership discussions is a plus.
