Our Values

You will be responsible for participating in the administrative management of the group's clients, which includes the following activities:

◦ Setting up new clients: payment, invoicing, ad-hoc transaction, etc.

◦ Management and follow-up of collections

◦ Processing cancellations

◦ Handling routine requests related to client administration

• For all these tasks, you will collaborate with the sales and support teams, who are in direct contact with our clients.

• All your activities will cover the European scope of the group (France, Germany, UK, Italy, Spain)

• You will have access to a modern IT environment and will use a suite of SAAS tools daily such as Slack, Odoo, Stripe, Hubspot, etc.

• You will be integrated into a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, which offers many development opportunities based on your interests (accounting, taxation, automation, tool change projects, etc.).

What are we looking for:

  • Rigor, organization and proactivity;
  • Service-oriented, responsiveness, flexibility;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ideally Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Management/Administration
  • Proficency in written English
  • Interest in IT tools
